We have the dedicated equipment and tooling combined with technical personnel. Induserve is one of the few Western Australian companies to be certified by Akzo Nobel (International Paints) for the application of the specialist coating Polibrid 705e. This product is an ultra high build widely used on both concrete and steel as it allows rapid return to service making it ideal for the mining sectors.
Along with skilled applicators, Induserve has highly specialised painting machines and equipment that allow for the effective application of these coating systems. These include but are not limited to an XP Plural Component Machine and a Computerised XM Plural Component Machine.
In 2014 Induserve purchase a Rotor Painter which is specifically used to apply coatings to the internals of piping. This machine was sourced from the USA and was used in a 3 kilometer Process Water Pipeline Project completed in 2015.
